Hey church!
Hope you are having a great Spring Break week. Just a reminder, there are no activities at the church tonight (3/19). We miss you already this week, and will startup Midweek again next week.
I’ll clarify this more Sunday morning, but let me make a few statements regarding our current sermon series: The Prophets. Typically we preach scriptures expositorily, meaning we walk through passage like Acts 8 verse by verse. As we study the prophets, we are taking large sections of scripture (like Isaiah) and examining a whole life of work.
There is so much goodness to unpack in the prophets, and we are hitting a lot of it, but we will return to Acts for several weeks after Easter. The plan is to finish Acts, cover many prophets, and have some stand alone Sundays (Thanksgiving in November and Advent in December) the rest of the year.
Married people, don’t forget to register for the Marriage Conference April 4-5. I promise you, it is going to be game changing for you, your marriage, your children, and your faith! We have some new friends, Dan and Danielle Macaulay of MarriedUp Ministries coming to lead our sessions and old friends, Michael John and Angela Clement leading us in worship that weekend. It’s gonna be FIRE! All married couples are welcome, so invite your couple friends. Let’s goooo!
I can’t wait to see you soon. Love you church!
