I want every person at The River to know You are gifted. Not “maybe gifted.” Not “kinda gifted”. Not “gifted if you’re on staff.” Not “gifted if you can sing, preach, or survive a room full of middle schoolers.” God has gifted YOU.
This past Sunday, Ashley and I kicked off our CARE series. We shared how we CONNECT — specifically with Spiritual Gifts and the incredible picture Paul gives us of the Church: one body, many parts, every part important, and every part necessary.
Your spiritual gift isn’t a trophy to admire—it’s a tool to use. God has uniquely gifted (and wired) you to strengthen His Church, serve people, and make an impact for His Kingdom. When we discover our gifts, develop them, and actually deploy them, something beautiful happens. The Body of Christ starts functioning the way it was designed to function.
