What a great summer we are having! Unseasonably mild days, Student’s Nights of Summer have been fire (lol, ask your kid), Kids camp was next level, students are at camp this week — pray transformation and impact for them — we’ll hear about it Sunday, and VBS is almost here — register today. THIS SATURDAY is our only Men’s Meat Up of the summer — and it promises to be EPIC! I mean, men, don’t miss this one. For real. For real. 8:00am at Luke Durst’s Man Cave (1201 Park)
Next Tuesday
Mom’s Day Out is coming to The River. This is a weekly Tuesday & Thursday ministry available to all parents / guardians of preschoolers. It starts August 13, with Bible-based curriculum, and follows the PISD school calendar. Kids Pastor, Caitlyn Copenhaver is our awesome Director and she will host a Q&A next Tuesday evening at 6:30p. We are in 2 Peter on Sundays, and the Holy Spirit is pounding my heart and brain about this weekend. We will dive into Prayer and the prophetic gifts God has for us as His Church. Have you ever wondered what the prophetic is all about? What does that mean? How does it work? Who speaks for God? Big Biblical Stuff! I can’t wait to see you and worship Jesus with you!
